We're Hiring: Head of Communications & Stewardship

Location: Hybrid - Bolton HQ & North West Travel

Contract: Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

Open to part-time or fractional hours for the right candidate

At Lagan's Foundation, we're looking for a Head of Communications & Stewardship who leads with strategy, develops others with care, and builds meaningful, lasting relationships with both supporters and staff.

The Role

You'll drive our voice, message, and reputation while mentoring our apprentices and officers in marketing, fundraising, and community engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role where your impact will be seen across care delivery, training, and campaigns.

What You'll Do

Lead and deliver our communications & stewardship strategy Coach and develop a team of apprentices and officers Create compelling, multi-channel campaigns Build strong donor and supporter relationships Drive CRM-led personalisation and segmentation Foster a united internal culture with clear, consistent messaging

Have you previously led a team or directly managed staff, apprentices, or volunteers in a communications, fundraising, or engagement role? Do you have experience using a CRM system for donor or supporter communications, including segmentation and personalised outreach?
