As the Head of Culture & Engagement, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of our global culture and engagement strategy, driving engagement, belonging and advocacy across every stage of the employee journey.
Reporting to the VP of People Experience, you'll act as the architect of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) -- defining and embedding what makes Trustpilot unique and compelling as a place to work. This role sits at the intersection of culture, communication, and insight, ensuring that employee feedback and sentiment translate into meaningful action and that our internal experience reflects our reputation as an employer of choice.
