Join Our Team as Head of Data and Transformation!

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for data and transformation? We are looking for an experienced professional to join our dynamic IT division as the Head of Data and Transformation. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of our Data & AI strategy, lead a talented data intelligence team, and support the PMO function.

The post holder will join a fast-paced IT team within our multi service office, alongside the finance and HR teams. We are a sociable office with a variety of different activities for individuals to get involved in, including summer socials and volunteering activities.

Main Tasks



Drive the Data & AI Strategy and support the IT Director in its revisions . Develop and implement a strategic plan for data architecture that aligns with our IT Vision 2030 and CJ Vision 2030 goals . Lead initiatives for data quality, cleansing, and governance, ensuring compliance with data policies and standards . Collaborate with various divisions to identify technology needs and implement data, AI, and BI solutions . Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for data services . Chair the Digital Transformation working group and lead change initiatives within IT data and transformation projects .

What will it take to be successful?



We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in running an MI function, who has a deep understanding of Data Strategy, Data Management, and Data Analytics principles. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, proven experience in leading change management initiatives within IT projects, and technical expertise in data services and architectures, including Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Power Platform.
