Head of Data Foundations - Hybrid - London, Manchester or Edinburgh
My client, is a Databricks and Microsoft partner and they are looking for a Head of Data Foundations to create Architecture, Engineering and Data Management solutions.
As the Head of Data Foundations, you'll serve as the central figure in building and scaling world-class data capabilities. You'll lead senior capability and practice leads, drive technical excellence, and influence both internal and client stakeholders. This role blends deep technical leadership with commercial accountability, people development, and market influence.
Salary is up to 140,00 depending on experience.
Once per week in either Edinburgh, Manchester or London office.
Requirements:
-Professional project, consultancy and transformation experience.
-Experience leading the implementation of end-to-end transformation programmes or projects.
-Core data functions including: Architecture, Engineering and Data Management
-People Management, experience mentoring and growing teams
-Commercially aware, with experience managing utilisation, budgets, and delivery
-Track record of growing consulting teams and shaping organisational strategy
