This role addresses the need for a hands-on driver who pushes stalled projects forward, dives into the codebase to unblock work, and bridges strategy with execution.

Job Specification (AI Focus)

The unique gap is in hands-on delivery leadership--someone who bridges the divide between the PHP Lead (Lee) and AI Innovation Lead (Peter) by combining practical coding with delivery management. You will be the driving force behind execution, turning strategy into shipped products.

This role ensures our AI solutions move from concept to production reliably, on time, and to the highest standards.

Role Overview

As Head of Delivery & Implementation, you will own the end-to-end delivery of projects. This is a hybrid leadership role--you'll manage project execution, align cross-functional teams, and enforce deadlines while contributing hands-on to ideation, brainstorming, unblocking, new project initiation (e.g., creating the 'brain' of AI systems), AI/ML coding, model deployment, and production implementation.

Key Responsibilities

o??Own delivery of AI projects from design to production.
o??Set, track, and enforce project timelines and milestones.
o??Unblock technical and process bottlenecks.
o??Provide clear, regular reporting to stakeholders and leadership.
o??Mentor engineers and promote a culture of accountability, speed, and quality.
o??Partner closely with the AI Lead and Lead Engineer to align on strategy and architecture.
o??Brainstorm and write unblocking code; delegate and enforce quality, maintainable Python code in AI/ML systems.
o??Introduce, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) into scalable production pipelines and APIs.
o??Contribute to MLOps, deployment, and automation infrastructure.
