Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to join a well-established law firm as the Head of Private Client - Wills and Probate. This senior role offers the opportunity to lead and develop a successful private client department, providing expert legal services to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of professionals, ensuring high standards of service delivery within Wills, Probate, and related areas of private client law. Provide expert legal advice to clients on a range of matters, including Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration, and Power of Attorney. Oversee complex probate matters and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored solutions and guidance. Drive the growth and development of the private client department, identifying new business opportunities. Manage a varied caseload, working efficiently and effectively under pressure.

Skills and Experience:

A qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant experience in Wills and Probate law. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client care. Ability to manage a caseload independently, with excellent attention to detail and time management. A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and achieving business objectives.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
