We are hiring a
Head of Digital Growth
, a capable operator who gets things done. You will run multiple marketing initiatives across the business, build and execute plans at speed, and use AI and automation to make marketing more efficient, measurable, and scalable.
The Role
You will own digital growth across Tidal's SaaS platform, national marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing. You will be responsible for designing and delivering growth plans, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, tracked properly, and reported clearly.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who thrives on ownership, moves quickly from idea to execution, and builds systems that make scale possible.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimise digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other performance channels
Manage customer and provider acquisition, improving CAC, conversion, and retention
Build and refine conversion funnels, CRM automation, and lifecycle marketing
Develop creative testing frameworks that balance innovation with ROI
Affiliate and Partner Growth
Manage and expand Tidal's affiliate and referral programme
Create systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliates efficiently
Build automated performance reporting for partner activity
Drive new customer and provider acquisition through affiliate channels
AI and Automation
Build or implement AI tools to automate reporting, creative production, and campaign management
Use tools such as n8n, Zapier, and ChatGPT to streamline repetitive tasks
Continuously explore new AI applications that improve output and accuracy
Reporting and Accountability
Build spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting systems to track performance across multiple regions and business units
Deliver clear weekly and monthly reports to the Founder and leadership team
Maintain disciplined reporting processes with accuracy and consistency
Analyse trends and recommend improvements based on data
Execution and Collaboration
Manage the delivery of multiple growth projects simultaneously
Work cross-functionally with product, operations, and acquisitions teams
Manage freelancers or agencies to deliver creative and paid media assets
Create repeatable processes for marketing rollouts across new locations and acquired businesses
What We Are Looking For
6-10 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver growth initiatives independently
Strong in Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM, and marketing automation
Deep experience with data, dashboards, and structured reporting
Hands-on with AI and automation tools to improve efficiency
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and methodical in follow-through
Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
UK-based and confident working fully remote with a high degree of accountability
What You Will Get
