The Head of Digital is part of the marketing leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer. Yu will have responsibility for the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital marketing and platforms, and optimizing them for demand generation and to elevate the company brand. This is a commercial role that requires extensive B2B digital experience. Key areas of responsibility include: Managing websites in an entrepreneurial B2B environment

  • You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our site including making sure that it\xe2\x80\x99s using contemporary tech and software versions. You will make sure that the site is optimized in line with our business plan including demand generation, storytelling, content marketing, company promotion and branding to all stakeholders - customers and experts.
  • You will make sure that the website navigation and look and feel are clean, deliver to the right customer journeys, are on brand and use great design.
  • You will have experience with a complete website rebuild and sourcing agencies, CMS and roadmap delivery. You will also be able to implement quick wins on our existing site a parallel project
  • You have an excellent understanding of \xe2\x80\x98what good looks like\xe2\x80\x99 and push the business to go live with an exciting website that elevates the company into a new era and instils pride in the brand
Search and social marketing
  • You will own our search marketing strategy and advise the business on our SEO and paid search strategies, best practices and deliverables. You will make sure that the website is created with best-practice SEO and keyword use. You will monitor search to continually improve.
  • You will advise the demand generation team on the best practice for LinkedIn and other paid search.
Content marketing
  • You will make sure that the company\'s content marketing strategy can be delivered via our digital channels and to the most relevant audiences and with effective demand generation.
Email marketing and ABM
  • You will own the technical elements of both, and deliver templates and cadences that fulfil the objectives.
  • You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely with the demand generation team to help them deliver amazing campaigns
  • You will determine the optimal tech stack for email marketing that align with our CMS and CRM, and work with colleagues across the business to deliver it
KPI reporting
  • You will report on all digital performance and use KPIs to educate the team and the business, as well as to inform our actions and strategy.
CRM
  • You will help the commercial teams optimize their use of SFDC and SalesLoft and make sure our CRM speaks to our CMS and we can track the progress and ROI on marketing leads.
  • You will help instil best practice on lead processes and definitions and work with Rev Ops to implement and evangelise
  • You will support the CGO on field population for contact sources and segmentation and work with Rev Ops to implement and evangelise
  • You will own our lead scoring mode

Knowing what \xe2\x80\x98good looks like\xe2\x80\x99 and how to work with colleagues to deliver it is an exciting part of this role. We\xe2\x80\x99d also like you to have experience of:
