We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Digital Marketing to lead our transformation from a small business to a mid sized company. Using your digital marketing knowledge you will drive online growth across our channels, executing a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives. This is a senior leadership role, so you will work closely with the director but you are expected to work independently and effectively.

We are a small business of five people. This includes customer service, a warehouse manager and general help. Our warehouse and office is based in London but most are remote. We are a friendly company, know for very good customer service. We work in a close-knit way and have a real feeling of togetherness. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Strategic Plan: You will develop and own the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. This includes defining KPIs and annual goals
You will work with our specialist data report which shows cost, revenue and cash generated on each platform for each ad. You will use this to make strategic decisions on what to stop and what to push
Lead marketing efforts across all platforms: AdWords, Paid Social, TikTok, Organic etc
Collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging
Report weekly to the director
Digital Channel Ownership
In no particular order:
TikTok - build a strategy and work with our TikTok freelancer. Launch Affiliate Marketing
Meta paid - build a strategy and work with our Social freelancer
Meta organic - build a strategy and find a freelancer / agency
CRM - build a strategy, work with current team
Organic - build a strategy
AdWords - work with our freelancer
YouTube - build a strategy and find a freelancer / agency
Analytics & Budgeting:
Own the digital marketing budget and allocate spend to maximise ROI
Use our internal reporting system which tracks every pound spent on advertising to adjust spend accordingly
Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve campaign performance continuously
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive digital marketing experience
Deep understanding of digital channels, tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM, CRM etc)
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Excellent leadership and communication
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive strategic transformation
