Doboy Donuts is a vibrant donut and coffeeshop with its own in house bakery that specializes in providing high-quality delicious baked goods, including our signature donuts.

Summary

We are seeking a talented Head Donut Designer / Decorator to join our team, In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the owner with new design ideas and bringing these ideas to life decorating our freshly baked donuts with creativity and flair, ensuring each one is a delightful treat for our customers. Your contributions will play a key role in enhancing our product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Decorate donuts with various icings, toppings, and designs to create visually appealing products. Ensure all decorations meet quality standards and are consistent with our brand image. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area while adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production flow during busy periods. Experiment with new decoration techniques and flavors to keep the menu exciting. Send in stock orders to the purchaser as and when required.

Requirements

Experience in baking or food decoration preferred. Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. Good communication skills and ability to manage a team of approx 6-7 people. Being comfortable in front of a camera to assist owner with social media and marketing.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
