We install energy efficient home improvements such as wall insulation, air source heat pumps and solar pv. Stellar is looking for a candidate with a proven track record in this field. The candidate will be able to achieve to following responsibilities with great success and must have self motivation with a high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Monitor the project's forecasted cost and determine a budget of the project plan in accordance with company policy.
Manage changes to the project plan, implement changes, and communicate the change to upper management.
Monitor quality control of various information systems used in the company.
Coordinate installs / projects to guarantee the success due to past experience in doing so.
Uphold the high quality that Stellar requires
Work as part of a team.
Follow state and national regulations on health and safety laws.
Monitor and agree upon the project and schedule with customer and colleagues.
Perform customer outreach.
Visit customers face to face to ensure that projects run smoothly.
Communicate with the team to ensure effectiveness of all projects.
Monitor and evaluate all projects and liaise with our installers, customers and colleagues to produce a successful installation and project.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment where multi - tasking is essential.
The right candidate will have vast experience in the ECO Scheme and will be able to show the ability to grow the Business to the next level.
OTE - 75,000 + for the right person
Stellar will be relocating to Llansamlet from Llanelli in the next 6-8 weeks. The interview will take place in Llanelli
