The World is changing - are you the person who will help us lead the way?

If so, we want you to be our Head of Higher Education and Research at Eden.

Eden Project Learning brings together the two world class skill sets of The Eden Project and The Cornwall College Group (TCCG) to inspire current and future generations in a new way of learning.

Opportunities like this are rare, and you will be at the forefront of driving the vision of TCCG in conjunction with The Eden Project to help feed and restore the planet, while adopting sustainable and regenerative practises in agriculture, land management and horticulture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day management of the partnership between TCCG and The Eden Project, including curriculum development to establish a unique market offer, and the provision of high-quality learning in a world-renowned environment.

Developing our higher education and research offer, you will oversee the specialist team\'s delivery of degree programmes embedded at The Eden Project in the stunning surrounds of Cornwall. You will work closely with the other land-based provision within The Cornwall College Group (Bicton, Duchy Stoke Climsland, Duchy Rosewarne and Newquay), including the Rural Business School to ensure that our offer takes full advantage of the resources and skills available across the group. You will also proactively identify opportunities for research and delivery of knowledge transfer across a wide range of stakeholders and industry partners.

You will be highly skilled in business development, planning and leadership with experience of partnership working at a senior level to include HEI\'s. The role also requires direct operational project activity delivered by Eden Project Learning and overall accountability for project success working in collaboration with the college projects team.

We believe that social and environmental value can be achieved by inspiring people about their world through unforgettable learning experiences; education and learning helps people to define, adapt and shape their world.

If you share our beliefs, feel inspired by our vision of future learning and have a background in leadership of education or a STEM sector organisation, then we would love to hear from you.
