Head of Outreach, Entrepreneurship Centre

Grade 8: \xc2\xa344,414 - \xc2\xa352,841 per annum

Fixed Term Contract for 3 years

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Entrepreneurship Centre (EC) at Sa\xc3\xafd Business School as the Head of Outreach. The Entrepreneurship Centre supports Sa\xc3\xafd Business School students and alumni in pursuing their entrepreneurial ambitions through experiential learning, thought leadership, and access to relevant networks. As the Head of Outreach, your role will be to build the reputation of the EC and provide strategic oversight, expertise, tools, and processes to support the EC\'s mission of becoming an entrepreneurial centre of excellence. You will be responsible for enhancing information sharing and communication among key audiences, including students, staff, alumni, departments, divisions, the broader entrepreneurial eco-system at Oxford, entrepreneurs, advisors, and prospective partners and donors. This position is crucial in supporting the growth ambitions of the centre.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement all aspects of the EC marketing strategy, communications, and PR strategies to showcase the impact of the Entrepreneurship Centre and position it internationally.

- Identify issues, develop solutions, and create communication plans to support fundraising efforts and meet the strategy requirements of the programme managers.

- Lead the content strategy and plans, working closely with the Content Manager, to deliver print, audio-visual, and digital collateral.

- Oversee marketing communication channels such as websites, blogs, and email platforms to enhance the EC\'s reputation.

The ideal candidate should possess considerable experience in progressive marketing and communication roles, demonstrating expertise in developing and executing high-caliber marketing and communication initiatives through various online and offline channels.
