50,000 - 80,000 per annum depending on experience

We're Warma UK, one of the country's leading names in renewable energy and grant funded retrofit projects. We've helped thousands of homes cut their bills and go greener, and we've picked up more than a few awards along the way. We're growing fast, and now we're looking for someone exceptional to lead the charge on everything electrical.

This isn't a back-office role. We want someone who's just as comfortable rolling their sleeves up on a solar or ASHP wire-up as they are running quality checks and setting the standard for others. You'll be the person everyone turns to for expertise, guidance and sign-off when it comes to electrics.

You'll need to be prepared to travel with some overnight stays to projects across the UK.

What you'll be doing

Leading on all things electrical across solar, battery storage and ASHP installations Carrying out solar PV and ASHP wire-ups Taking responsibility for quality management of subcontractors Running spot checks and inspections to keep our standards award-winning Making sure every system we install is safe, compliant and the kind of work you'd be proud to put your name to

What we're looking for

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) 18th Edition Test & Inspection qualification Solid experience in solar PV and battery storage Willingness to travel, with some overnight stays A leader's mindset, someone who can set the bar high and bring others up with them
