Oculus are working with a boutique employment law firm that has carved out a strong reputation for delivering straight-talking, commercially-focused advice. They act for some of the UK's most recognisable employers across retail, healthcare, and hospitality.

The firm is now seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to act as second-in-command, to be the Head of Employment. This role blends leadership and strategy with hands-on client work, offering genuine influence over how the practice develops.

The role

Leading complex respondent employment law matters. Supporting with team management and strategy. Coaching and developing lawyers across the practice. Advising on project-based work and high-value tribunal claims. Building lasting client relationships with national employers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 80,000.00-125,000.00 per year
