To support our enterprise clients, we have a team of Enterprise Account Managers who have a clear focus on client success. The team is already in a strong position, but a more strategic approach to growth and retention will elevate them to even greater heights. The new Head of Enterprise Clients will be critical in refining and driving these priorities to the next level.



If you join us, you will lead the Enterprise team, driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our corporate strategy and ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

A bit about you...




You have experience managing enterprise clients in B2B SaaS companies


You've managed small teams for at least a couple of years


You're a strong relationship builder and are comfortable working with high-profile accounts


You have a growth mindset and keep up to date with the latest CS trends


You leverage tech and data wherever possible to continuously improve results within your team




Here's what you can expect to be working on as a Head of Enterprise Clients at Street Group




Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers to drive engagement and long-term success.


Recruit, lead, and mentor the Enterprise team, setting clear goals, providing coaching, and fostering a high-performance, supportive culture.


Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and optimise CS efforts.


Analyse data and metrics to make informed decisions and adjust the customer success strategy.


Ensure the CS team is equipped with the tools, training, and resources to drive key metrics in the right direction.


Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

As this is the first time we've hired a Head of Enterprise Clients, we're open to hearing your salary expectations, and we'll make a decision dependent on experience. We'll review applications on a rolling basis until the position is filled.

Interview Process:

4 stages (incl. a presentation) = Introductory call with our Head of People > Presentation & CS-focused interview with our VP of CS and VP of Sales > In-person, values-based interview with one of our Co-Founders.
