As the Head of Estates, you'll oversee the maintenance, health and safety, and development of our buildings across five schools. You'll manage caretaking teams, contractors, and estates budgets while driving high standards in compliance, sustainability, and service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the development and delivery of the group's estates strategy. Ensuring full compliance with health and safety and statutory regulations. Managing site teams, maintenance programmes, and external contracts. Overseeing estates budgets and contributing to capital project planning. Supporting business continuity and emergency response planning across schools.

About You:

You're an experienced estates or facilities professional, confident managing multiple sites and teams. You combine operational efficiency with strategic thinking, and have strong knowledge of health and safety legislation. NEBOSH or IOSH certification is desirable.

Pay: 54,816.00-65,010.00 per year
