Finlayson Media Communications Ltd (FMC) is an award winning, dental communications company that connects the dental community and industry through a myriad of powerful channels encompassing online, print, webinars, social media, exhibitions, and awards. FMC's events are attended by thousands of dental professionals and companies targeting the dental market.

The role:



We are seeking an experienced Head of Events and Awards Marketing to join our fast-paced events team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a successful marketing agenda for FMC's awards & exhibitions.

Responsibilities:



Responsible for the delivery of the marketing programme for FMC's awards with end-to-end delivery of channels Working with the Marketing Director to ensure all channels are covered comprehensively deploying a best-in-class strategy to drive delegate attendance & exhibitor leads Identify and liaise with key industry stakeholders to help develop the FMC Ambassador programme and ensure priority guests are personally invited to shows Responsible for market segmentation of events & awards audiences to ensure we're communicating with the right people about the right topics Responsible for direct mailing schedule relating to events & awards Manage relationships with speakers to ensure timely promotion of the events through their own marketing channels and that they're providing details & assets in a timely fashion Responsible for on-the-day social media coverage at events & awards ensuring we're communicating with our wider audience the benefits of attendance Manage relations with exhibitors' marketing stakeholders to ensure brands are promoting the events and their own attendance in a timely fashion Collate marketing materials for events & awards working with the design team, production team, & external stakeholders

What we need from you:



At least 4 years of marketing experience A passion for marketing and driving continued excellence. An analytical mind and a strong attention to detail You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data Highly organised and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive and self-motivated, eager to learn and expand your capabilities Computer literate with experience of Content Management Systems and hands-on experience with WordPress an advantage You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box Confident with a dynamic personality Fantastic soft skills to help you manage multiple external stakeholders

Pay: Up to 60,000.00 per year
