Royal Holloway's Marketing Group brings together its unique skills and talents, and embraces change, to creatively bring to life Royal Holloway's stories; both to engage and bring in new students and showcase the University on the global stage. The University is in an exciting phase following the launch of its new strategy, RH2030s, and the role of Head of Research and Reputation Marketing will play a crucial role in bringing important elements of it to life.
You will lead the planning, development and delivery of storytelling in key areas of strategic priority, notably in support of building awareness of the University's world-leading and innovative research, primarily to a non-student recruitment audience. You'll also develop and deliver a reputation marketing strategy that aligns with the University strategy, RH2030s, and wider Marketing & Communications plan, engages audiences and helps us build recognition. In doing so, you'll work with senior colleagues across the University to support, give advice and help them define our proposition.
You'll be an experienced marketing or communications professional, with a track record of building research and/or reputation comms strategies in a Higher Education setting. You'll also have considerable experience of adopting an integrated campaign-led approach, working closely with related functions, and ensuring brand alignment/integrity. If you have proven ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically and proactively with stakeholders at all levels, and show a commitment to outstanding customer service, we would like to hear from you.
Ideally we are looking for the right candidate to start as soon as possible.
In return we offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including:
Generous annual leave entitlement
