Position




We're looking for a strategic and hands-on

Head of External Communications

to shape and elevate the

team.blue corporate brand

across Europe.


This role will define and deliver a compelling corporate communications strategy that builds visibility, credibility, and engagement among our key audiences (

investors, founders, and employees

) while amplifying our story as one of Europe's largest and most dynamic digital platform for SMBs.


You'll be responsible for how team.blue shows up across

media, social channels, our corporate website, and the team.blue podcast

, ensuring a coherent and inspiring brand presence. You will also

champion the use of AI tools

to enhance communications impact and storytelling, and play a key role in

showcasing how team.blue is leveraging AI

across its ecosystem to innovate and grow.

Key Responsibilities



Strategy & Leadership



Develop and execute a cohesive

external communications strategy

for the team.blue corporate brand, integrating media, digital, and content initiatives. Define and manage a consistent messaging framework and narrative across all external touchpoints. Partner closely with the SLT, Group Communications, M&A, and People teams to align messaging with strategic priorities. Champion a

modern, data-driven communications approach

, leveraging

AI-powered tools

for content creation, media monitoring, analytics, and engagement optimization.

Stakeholder Communications



Investors

: craft communications that highlight team.blue's performance, strategic growth, and value creation.

Founders

: position team.blue as themost trusted and inspiring home for founders in Europe through storytelling, interviews, and digital engagement.

Employees (external-facing)

: amplify our culture, innovation, and impact to strengthen employer brand perception.

Owned Channels: Social, Website & Podcast



Lead the

social media strategy

for the team.blue corporate brand, driving engagement and reach on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms. Own and evolve the

team.blue corporate website

as the central storytelling hub for news, leadership insights, and impact stories. Develop and grow the

team.blue podcast

, curating conversations with founders, leaders, and innovators across our network. Ensure all owned channels are optimized through AI-driven insights, SEO, and analytics.

Media & Content



Build and maintain relationships with top-tier business, tech, and trade media outlets across Europe. Oversee press releases, media briefings, opinion pieces, and leadership communications.

Showcase team.blue's role in leveraging AI

-- both internally and through our products -- as part of our innovation narrative. Monitor reputation, media sentiment, and engagement metrics to continuously refine the communications approach.

Corporate Brand & Thought Leadership



Define and protect a consistent tone of voice and brand identity for the corporate brand. Support the leadership team in preparing for public speaking opportunities, events, and panels. Lead thought leadership programs on digital enablement, M&A-driven growth, and responsible AI adoption.

Team & Collaboration



Collaborate with internal communications, marketing, and M&A teams to ensure message consistency and synergy. Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners. Lead a high-performing external communications team.

Profile



8-10+ years of experience in

communications, PR, or digital media

, ideally in a

tech, SaaS, or digital business

. Proven track record in

corporate storytelling, digital channel management, and brand reputation

. Skilled in leveraging

AI tools

for content creation, analysis, or audience engagement. Passionate about how

AI and technology

are transforming communication and business. Strong understanding of investor, founder, and talent audiences. Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
