G4S Oakhill Secure Training Centre (STC) cares for children aged 12 to 18 years old who have been remanded or sentenced to periods of detention. The children in our care can be vulnerable and challenging, with a wide range of complex social and emotional needs. This is an environment that calls for high standards of social care and service delivery to provide a secure and stable environment for children to develop their life skills and address their previous behaviours. About the Role
Oakhill STC is a dynamic, complex, and demanding environment. The successful candidate must be resilient, innovative, passionate, and work collaboratively, aligning with the Director's vision of establishing Oakhill as a centre of excellence through embedded best practices within a unified Leadership Team.
As Head of FM, you will be responsible for the delivery and management of all FM service delivery at Oakhill STC. Responsible for meeting all statutory, mandatory and maintenance requirements in line with the Authority established baselines and contractual obligations within the approved financial parameters.
You will also be responsible for the recruitment, training and ongoing support to the onsite FM team; compliance with extant legislation regarding Health and Safety at Work.
