Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Operations
Deliver monthly management accounts, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasts, and reconciliations
Lead the budgeting process and maintain a rolling 3-year forecast
Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger, payroll, and bonus calculations
Ensure financial compliance and reporting to HMRC, banking partners, and auditors
Maintain strong internal controls and scalable financial processes
2. Strategic Development
Take increasing ownership of the monthly Board Pack - structure, commentary, insights
Overall responsibility of monthly scorecards & Bullhorn analytics reporting
Define and drive better MI across the business -- starting with key commercial and performance metrics
Work with internal or external partners to implement Power BI/Amazon Quicksights dashboards that align with our KPIs
Sit on the Board and contribute to investment decisions and growth planning
Allocate structured time away from BAU for commercial project work (CEO & COO to support this transition)
3. Governance & Commercial Projects
Chair monthly risk committee (insurance, legal terms, compliance)
Lead ad hoc projects - EMI scheme, U.S. visa costings, internal contract book financing
Support preparation for future commercial events (e.g., investment or fundraising)

Level of Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field;
Several years of experience in a business or finance environment.
