Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you'll
lead our financial strategy,

. From making sure we meet accounting and regulatory requirements, to building a culture where people can do their best work, your influence will be felt across every part of the business.
You will need to work with each operational function (including Information Technology as an intrinsic part of the operating model and associated processes) to

Education & qualifications
Professionally qualified
(ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) - though we'll also consider strong experience without it.
Evidence of
continuous personal and professional development.
Ideally educated to
degree level
or equivalent.
Experience

leader
with a strong track record in finance and operations.
Experience of working at a
senior
level, with the ability to
influence
and
support
Board and shareholders.
A proven history of delivering financial strategy, staff development, service improvement and performance management.
Comfortable managing
budgets

expertise in areas like tax and VAT.

For this role,
we're offering a competitive salary of 70,000 - 100,000, depending on your experience.
