About the Role...



As Finance Director, you'll play a key role in

shaping the future of our business.

Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you'll

lead our financial strategy,

making sure it

supports both our growth plans

and

our purpose

of delivering the right outcomes for our customers. You'll bring a balance of

strategic vision

and

hands-on leadership

. From making sure we meet accounting and regulatory requirements, to building a culture where people can do their best work, your influence will be felt across every part of the business. You will need to work with each operational function (including Information Technology as an intrinsic part of the operating model and associated processes) to

define

manage

implement

and

improve

the services required of them to support the business and provide appropriate customer outcomes in-line with regulatory expectations.

Education & qualifications



Professionally qualified

(ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) - though we'll also consider strong experience without it. Evidence of

continuous personal and professional development.

Ideally educated to

degree level

or equivalent.

Experience



A respected

leader

with a strong track record in finance and operations. Experience of working at a

senior

level, with the ability to

influence

and

support

Board and shareholders. A proven history of delivering financial strategy, staff development, service improvement and performance management. Comfortable managing

budgets

, with

expertise in areas like tax and VAT.

Well-established i

ndustry knowledge

and networks, bringing insight and credibility.

For this role,

we're offering a competitive salary of 70,000 - 100,000, depending on your experience.
