Ritelite (Systems) Ltd is a global market-leading manufacturer of professional and industrial innovative mobile and portable area lighting and power systems for sports and industrial applications and supplier of a broad range of equipment to UK utility companies.
Ritelite is looking to recruit an experienced and stong calibre Head of Finance to join their busy finance function - specifically someone with a solution focused approach who is confident in recommending and putting improvements into action.
The role will be to manage the site finance team ensuring purchase, sales and tax related matters are performed while producing high quality information reporting back to the Managing Director and Senior Leaders.

Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of the Finance team, ensuring the smooth running of the finance department
Ensuring the business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations, including Companies House filings, statutory accounting and tax issues
Management reporting
Statutory accounts production
Leading the annual audit, liaising with external auditors
Tax reporting including Corporation Tax, R&D, Patent Box and VAT returns
Cash management including managing foreign exchange requirements
Insurance policy management
Review and monitor internal controls, making improvements where possible to ensure efficient financial operations
Processing weekly and monthly payroll for the Group
Year-end payroll reporting, including forms P11d
Provide support for HR related issues including the on-boarding of new employees
Maintain, create and implement company policies
Finance lead for new system implementation
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
ACA, ACCA, CIMA Qualified Accountant with strong technical accounting skills
Management accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
Tax reporting experience - Corporation Tax, R&D, Patent Box, PAYE, VAT
Experience in the production of year end statutory accounts
Advanced Excel skills
Strong influencing skills and commercial acumen
Proactive in proposing and implementing improvements to the business
HR experience advantageous
