The Opportunity

We're seeking a

Head of Fund Structuring

to lead and scale our tokenised funds and structuring business. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a critical function and help reshape a market that's ready for meaningful innovation.

You'll work cross-functionally within a fast-growing fintech, partnering closely with sales and strategic partnerships teams to design, launch, and optimise cutting-edge tokenised investment structures.

This is an opportunity to take your deep experience in the fund structuring space to build the next generation, powered by disruptive technology.

In this role you will:

Partner with asset managers and their service providers to design, structure, and launch tokenised funds from inception to market Architect innovative investment solutions using a range of fund and issuance structures enabled by tokenisation Build and evolve our global structuring capabilities across multiple markets and regulatory jurisdictions Act as a trusted problem-solver for clients and internal teams, bridging traditional fund structures with modern financial technology Serve as the internal authority on fund structuring, shaping product direction and supporting commercial teams with deep expertise

This role will be a great fit if you have:

Bring deep experience in funds and SPV structuring across the UK and European markets Ambition to lead a business line Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for execution Have a proactive, growth-oriented mindset, with a desire to learn, develop, and elevate those around you Motivated by disruption and innovation in the funds and structuring landscape Have a proven track record of designing and delivering innovative financial or investment solutions
