Cranleigh School is seeking an outstanding, energetic, and visionary Head of Girls' Sport to lead and inspire across our thriving co-educational boarding school. This is a senior strategic role within one of the UK's leading independent schools, offering the chance to shape the direction of girls' sport and build on an exceptional record of success.
Working closely with the Director of Sport, the successful candidate will drive excellence, innovation, and inclusion across a wide range of sports. Cranleigh's facilities are second to none, and our teams regularly compete at regional and national level. The role combines strategic planning, high-level coaching, mentoring of staff, and visible leadership within our vibrant community.
We are looking for an individual with proven leadership experience, a passion for developing young athletes, and a clear vision for the future of girls' sport. You will be a first-class communicator and motivator, capable of inspiring both elite performers and those developing their confidence and skill level.
