Build and maintain trusted relationships with legal providers, government agencies, and relocation suppliers. Provide strategic guidance on complex or sensitive immigration and mobility cases.

V. Client Service & Business Development

Contribute to client proposals, presentations, and new business pitches by identifying mobility solutions. Serve as escalation leads for complex cases, delivering viable, timely solutions to clients and their families. VI. Data Management & Reporting

Ensure accurate maintenance of immigration and relocation data, systems, and documentation. Use analytics to monitor trends, operational metrics, and cost control within immigration and relocation services. Present regular reports to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
