Stand alone Head of Group HR role reporting into the board
Reviewing all policies & procedures and ensuring they are fit for purpose
Supporting the board and ExCo members in all day to day HR activities except payroll
Support the family office as well as the corporate HQ
Design and implement a new appraisal process
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Ensure legal compliance throughout the HQ
Manage the recruitment and any development needs
Responsible for all strategic, operational and administrative HR needs
Use of spreadsheets and powerpoint
Newly create role supporting a family officeGlobal remit A successful Head of Group HR should have:
A degree or FCID qualification
Recent/current experience supporting a company of 100 employees or less
Recent/current stand alone HR leadership role
Reporting into the board
Both operational and strategic in outlook
Experience attending board meetings and remco
Excellent spreadsheet and powerpoint skills
Regulated sector experience as this company is FCA regulated but not PRA
Desirable: HR experience supporting a family office
Desirable: Global experience - US, Europe & APAC
Our regulated client has three businesses and this role supports the corporate HQ along with the family office. Remit will cover California through to Australia.
A competitive salary in the region of xc2xa3120,000 - xc2xa3150,000 per annum plus bonus
Hybrid working of 3 days in the City of London office - but with flexibility to attend meetings on the other days when needed
