iCare Living

is a specialist complex care and supported living provider operating across the Midlands and North of England, known for delivering high-quality, CQC regulated care.

We DO NOT operate as a traditional domiciliary care provider offering pop-in visits. Our focus is on delivering specialist high-acuity, regulated complex care and supported living services.

We're on track to scale to 10M+ and beyond -- and we're looking for someone with the proven track record to help get us there.

We are now seeking a Head of Growth Expert. This role is all about execution and not delegation. You'll work closely with existing staff and internal infrastructure to deliver results. We're taking a lean approach to growth, so while additional hires may be considered in future, this role requires a high degree of self-sufficiency in the short term. Along with this you will have;

A proven history of growing revenue in supported living and / or complex care

Success in winning tenders, frameworks, and developing referral pipelines

Confidence to operate independently, with minimal supervision

Strong alignment to values: integrity, accountability, zero ego, long-term mindset

What We Need to Deliver (Your Focus):

3-12 Months:

- Add 1,000 hours per week to supported living services (e.g., 6 x 168-hour packages)

- Add 1,000 hours per week to complex care in the community (typically 6-10 packages, depending on need and acuity)

12-24 Months:

- Develop larger-scale supported living projects

- Work with housing associations/developers identifying buildings / locations

- Work with local authorities securing contracts/agreements for placements

- Minimum: 6-10 flats per project

- Realise multiple sites across multiple local authorities, targeting high-acuity cohorts

- Create pipeline-linked, forecastable contract-based revenues

What You'll Do:

Identify and win new supported living and complex care packages

Expand referral relationships across Local Authorities, ICBs, and private clients

- Oversee bid writing and framework submissions

Drive commercial opportunities to support new service lines

Work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team to shape the company's national growth strategy

Rewards

:

Competitive base salary

Generous performance bonus based on packages/contracts won

Clear progression pathway as the business scales

Flexible working style -- we care about outcomes, not clock-watching

This is a unique opportunity to join a proven provider at a pivotal point in its growth.

If you've already helped take a care company from a few million in revenue to excess of 10M+, -- and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and deliver ...we want to hear from you!

Apply in confidence. We are open to flexible arrangements and long-term fit.
