We are looking for a Head of Growth to take the reins of sales, marketing, and support with brand expansion for one of Londons most well-known boutique fitness brands. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives in dynamic, performance based environments and understands how to drive both customer acquisition and long-term retention.

xe2x97x8f Incentive/Commission: Yes - commission opportunity.
xe2x97x8f Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
xe2x97x8f Leave: 24 Days per annum (plus bank holidays).

As Head of Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a high-impact sales and marketing strategy to drive membership growth, enhance brand positioning, and optimise customer retention. You will lead a team across marketing, sales, and customer experience, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with the brands premium values and expansion objectives.
