Your Impact - Senior People Leadership and HR Excellence
Develop and execute a progressive
HR strategy
that fosters high performance and employee engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, shaping business decisions through people insights
Lead effective
talent management
: recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention initiatives
Champion an inclusive and positive workplace culture that values diversity and equity
Oversee employee relations, engagement, wellbeing and performance policies and processes
Ensure HR compliance with UK employment law and best practice
Coordinate learning and development programmes to upskill our teams
Leverage HR data to inform decision-making and translate insights into action

What You'll Bring - Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Proven experience in a senior
HR leadership
role, ideally within manufacturing, design, or SME settings
Comprehensive knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
CIPD qualification
(Level 5 or equivalent) preferred
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of an organisation
Experience with change management and facilitating organisational development
Innovative, solutions-focused, and comfortable with HR systems and data-driven decision-making
Personal integrity and a strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
