We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR leader to join our Business Services Team and shape the future of our people strategy. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, you'll develop and deliver an HR strategy aligned with our Business Plan, ensuring our people remain at the heart of everything we do.
Who are we looking for?
You'll be a Chartered Member of the CIPD with significant experience operating at a senior HR level. You'll have a proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing change, and leading high-performing teams. Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the firm's HR strategy and action plan aligned to business objectives.
Drive initiatives in Learning & Development, career progression, and employee engagement.
Lead wellbeing programs, HR training, and internal communications across all offices.
Oversee recruitment, absence management, and ensure HR policies meet regulatory and business needs.
Manage and mentor the HR team and support department heads with leadership and performance management.
Ensure compliance in areas such as data protection and workplace pensions.
