Look after all aspects of employee relations in a systematic & organised way. This group is successful, respected and industry leaders in the field of people. This role can be flexible, in that you could do reduced days/hours or spend time working from home and/or their offices. Lots of options.
This wonderful business is looking for a new Head of HR to work alongside the owner and the key members of the senior team. You primary focus is to look after all aspects of HR and employee relations within this diverse group (including payroll). CIPD qualifications would be amazing but not essential for this one, but someone who is experienced in a HR role previously is important. This role is so autonomous and so would really suit someone who wants to have an impact and to lead on the direction of the people strategy and help counting to shape the continued magic this business is known for.

You must be a warm, kind and gentle person with a passion for great food and wine, but hospitality experience actually not essential for this role as innovation from other sectors could bring a lot to this group.
