InterGen

What Youll be Doing
HR Leadership
In this role, you will lead thedevelopment and implementation of HR strategies to align with
InterGens
vision and business goals, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership andwork in partnership on all people-related matters. Youll drive organisationalchange and transformation, while mentoring and empowering the HR team tocollaborate and grow professionally. Youll manage budgets and resources,ensuring the HR function continues to operate with both impact and efficiency.
HR Operations &Compliance
Part of your key responsibilities willinclude ensuring our HR operations are robust, compliant, and aligned with bothinternal policies and external regulations helping to minimise risk anduphold best practice across the business. Working closely with our HR BusinessPartner, youll be an advocate for our compensation and benefits programs, continuingto ensure theyre market competitive, fair, and fit for purpose. Alongsidethis, youll optimise the management of HR systems, data, and reporting to helpus drive accuracy, efficiency, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Organisation Development
This role involves overseeing initiativesthat support talent attraction, onboarding, and retention and working with ourRecruitment Lead to ensure we continue building high-performing teams. Youllhave the opportunity to shape development strategies that include talentgrowth, performance management, succession planning, and leadership growth inpartnership with our OD Business Partner. Youll champion diversity, equity,and inclusion across all levels of the organisation, and help to create clearcareer pathways for high-potential individuals. Your approach will be guided byevaluation frameworks that measure impact and identify opportunities forcontinuous improvement.
By collaborating with our existingHR team and leveraging technology-driven solutions, youll be instrumental inensuring our people strategies remain agile, inclusive, and aligned withbusiness objectives.
