Ensure timely and accurate preparation of contracts, HR documentation and maintenance of personnel records
Stay up to date with labour market trends and legislative changes, proactively advising the business
Provide cover and support for payroll during holidays and periods of absence
Line manage and support the payroll and HR support function
About you
You will be an experienced HR professional who enjoys balancing operational delivery with the opportunity to influence and improve how a business approaches its people.

Practical, solutions-focused and comfortable rolling your sleeves up
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams
A sense of humour and a down-to-earth approach
