Position Overview:





We're looking for a

Head of Influencer

to lead our influencer marketing team and strategy -- someone who's plugged into the creator economy, understands what drives influence in 2025, and can deliver work that cuts through online.

leadership role

at the heart of our agency -- combining creative vision, client confidence, and operational excellence.

What are the key responsibilities for the role?




Develop, implement, and oversee influencer marketing strategies across multiple clients and social platforms. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of influencer marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and digital platforms to secure valuable partnerships.
Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including talent identification, negotiation, briefing, execution, and performance analysis. Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns that align with client objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain best practices for contracts and reporting.
Stay informed on emerging trends within the influencer marketing landscape to keep Campfire at the forefront of innovation. Present influencer marketing strategies and results confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.


Required skills for our team..




Minimum of 5 years' experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an agency environment. Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of managing and developing teams. In-depth knowledge of influencer ecosystems across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Strong network of influencer and industry contacts, or the ability and drive to build one. Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Commercially aware with a results-driven mindset.
