Summary
The Head of Installations is responsible for leading and managing all installation activities and onsite works incl. RXL and PSM. This includes overseeing project delivery, ensuring quality and safety standards onsite and offsite, managing budgets, and driving operational excellence. The role plays a pivotal part in scaling installation capabilities to support business growth and the Head of Installations will be required to develop and deliver installation strategies focussed on growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a national team of installers.
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of installation, RXL and PSM projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Develop and deliver installation strategies, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives focussed on growth.
Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor installation performance metrics such as "right first time," average installation time, and customer satisfaction.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the installation team to support succession planning and growth.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Develop and implement installation strategies, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field desireable
Project management certification such as PRINCE2 would be desirable
Proven experience in managing large scale installation operations, ideally in construction, manufacturing or engineering sectors.
Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts
Excellent project management and organisational abilities
Must have a valid UK Driving Licence
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
