An exciting opportunity has become available for the right candidate to take our Interior Design Service to the next level. We are looking for someone experienced in working with a variety of clients across different sectors to deliver outstanding results both in terms of quality and service. The right candidate will have a strong track record in delivering Interior Design and Interior Architecture projects, leading the design and delivery of the projects from start to finish. Experience of developing clients and attracting new work is important and experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment an advantage. The candidate is responsible for...



delivering successful projects across all stages and across a variety of sectors creating stylish designs for living and commercial environments, turning ideas into reality that are both practical for its purpose and visually pleasing working to a brief, which details what the space will be used for, and working with clients to understand their ideas and requirements negotiating fees and setting programmes for projects carrying out research and undertaking feasibilities to make sure that the plans are deliverable producing initial sketches and mood boards, developing detailed designs and technical delivery choosing the most appropriate solutions for the design and budget ability to source products and materials, create sample boxes, artwork and dressing proposals including FF&E layouts and specifications. advising clients on progress and delivering an attentive and responsive service working with architects, quantity surveyors, engineers and suppliers supervising work as it is carried out to ensure it will meet the client's specifications

The candidate is required to have...



a thorough understanding of Interior Design as a service including the required deliverables throughout a project creativity and imagination an eye for design, including colour, and good 3D awareness the ability to visualise concepts and explain them to others good drawing and IT skills - including Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop, Revit and Microsoft Office good organisation skills, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget awareness of technical building issues, and the range of relevant product and materials standards strong communication, presentation and negotiation sills numerical confidence self-discipline an interest in changing trends in design and challenging pre-conceptions a Degree or HND in Interior Design as a minimum and demonstrable industry experience
