In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of circa 200 colleagues, manage relationships with over 1,000 brokers and land agents, and drive new lending across key sectors including Healthcare, Trading, and Real Estate. You'll oversee a portfolio of over 6,000 direct clients, contributing to a high-performing P&L and significant volumes in both lending and deposits--making this a role with real strategic influence and commercial reach.
This is a strategic leadership role that will shape how BCB delivers optimal customer treatment strategies based on client need, channel preference, and commercial opportunity.
Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Define and deliver the Intermediaries and Direct proposition in line with BCB's coverage strategy, driving new business and aligning with senior partners across functions.
  • Champion a performance-driven, client-centric culture that leverages the bank's full capabilities to acquire and retain business.
  • Drive income growth and productivity through effective use of telephony, digital, and intermediary channels, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  • Lead the integration of multiple teams into a high-performing unit, fostering inclusion, continuous improvement, and future-ready skills.
  • Inspire and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring, and structured development, building capability and supporting career progression.
  • Ensure strong risk management and regulatory compliance, applying advanced credit skills to maintain asset quality and policy standards.
