We are looking for a Head of Internal Communications for Experian\xe2\x80\x99s EMEA & APAC region. An exciting, diverse and growing region in Experian\xe2\x80\x99s business, which comprises 22 countries and more than 4500 employees.

Why this role is important to us

The role will be responsible for creating and delivering an effective internal communications and engagement strategy, directly supporting the EMEA & APAC CEO in understanding and driving engagement for all our employees. You will translate the vision and strategy for the region into inspiring and compelling communications which enable our employees to connect to the purpose of our organisation.

You will be a member of a team of five people in the HR function, dedicated to developing the culture and people in the region. You will have one direct report who will partner and support you on the delivery of our strategy.

Work that matters - what you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

  • You will bring our strategy to life for our employees. Getting them excited about our purpose, products and innovation within the business.
  • You will partner with our global team to ensure that we have effective corporate communications in place to manage any corporate announcement and change initiatives.
  • Partnering with our CEO and Executive Leadership team you will bring their agenda\xe2\x80\x99s to life and help employees connect to them as leaders.
Working across multiple time zones will mean that you will need to have a flexible and dynamic approach to work. You can work from home or from our great offices in London, Nottingham or South Africa when you need to collaborate with colleagues and partners. We are also open to applications from candidates located in Europe.

Qualifications

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to bring to the role & Experian
  • You will bring a balance of great technical communications skills (writing, presenting, campaign development, storytelling) with a strong strategic understanding and ability.
  • Having previous experience leading communications in organisations, you will be experienced in successfully partnering with C suite leaders and CEOs.
  • You can confidently navigate a large corporate and matrixed organization. Collaborating across a network of global and regional stakeholders.
  • You will bring creativity and innovation to the way we communicate. Looking for ways to humanise and personalise messages to help employees connect to our purpose and leaders.
  • You will have previous experience of working with EMEA and / or APAC audiences. Understanding and appreciating the cultural nuances and the challenges of working across multiple countries.
