We are seeking a Head of IT to our join team. The Head of IT is a senior leadership role reporting into the Chief Technology Officer. You will be responsible for leading all IT service, operational, infrastructure, and security functions across Millbrook Healthcare, ensuring our technology landscape is robust, secure, scalable, and capable of supporting both our colleagues and our 1.5m service users. This role oversees internal teams and external technology partners, ensuring that IT is a strategic enabler of operational excellence across our national footprint.


Millbrook Healthcare is a 200m turnover, business?to?government (B2G) healthcare organisation providing Community Equipment Services (CES), Wheelchair Services (WCS), and Home Improvement Agency (HIA) services across the UK. The company grew significantly following market changes in 2025 and now supports around 1,000 employees across 17+ depots within CES alone.

Required Skills and Experience



Proven IT leadership experience across multi?site environments. Strong background in Microsoft ecosystem technologies (O365, Azure, Windows Server). Solid understanding of Cisco Meraki networking. Experience managing hybrid infrastructure and data centre operations. Demonstrated experience in IT service management and customer?centric support models. Strong grasp of cyber security principles, regulatory frameworks, and modern security practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor management skills. Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands?on oversight.
