This is not a routine sales or purchasing position. It is one of the most commercially significant roles at XUM and it requires both experience and ambition.
You will be trusted with large budgets, high-value stock and responsibility for expanding our reach in the United States. You will lead a team, negotiate across global markets and make decisions that directly shape the company's growth.

The Role
You will take full ownership of laptop and enterprise IT sales and purchasing, from sourcing and negotiation through to building supplier and customer networks worldwide. A key focus will be strengthening and expanding opportunities in the United States while continuing to grow established markets in the UK, EU, UAE and China.
You will manage large budgets, make high-value decisions and lead a small team to consistent results. This is a leadership role in a high-performance environment where you will be expected to anticipate what needs to be done, move decisively and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Source and sell laptops, servers, storage and networking equipment at scale
Develop purchasing and sales channels in the United States
Negotiate daily with suppliers and customers to secure profitable outcomes
Lead and coach a small team to consistent, measurable results
Confidently assess product specifications including CPUs, models, screen types and demand cycles
Manage enterprise equipment including servers, RAID, SAS, switches and racks
Analyse markets, adjust strategies and report performance clearly
Ensure supplier and customer vetting meets compliance standards
Operate within WEEE, export and data-bearing device obligations

Extensive experience in IT hardware sales and purchasing
Established supplier and customer links in laptops and enterprise IT
Deep knowledge of laptop platforms, servers and enterprise infrastructure
Proven success in negotiations and closing high-value deals
