Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

We're looking for a strategic and innovative leader to drive the development of our global professional learning products. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the product development strategy, ensuring our offerings are aligned with market demand, industry trends, and organisational goals. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver inclusive, high-quality learning experiences across digital, blended, and in-person formats. With a strong focus on customer insight, emerging technologies, and commercial performance, you'll play a key role in transforming our professional development portfolio.




Key responsibilities:




- Lead the end-to-end development of innovative learning products, from research and design to launch and continuous improvement.


- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to ensure products meet market needs and align with strategic objectives.


- Champion best practices in instructional design, UX/UI, and learner engagement across all formats.


- Oversee budgeting, pricing, and performance metrics to ensure commercial success and data-driven decision-making.


- Inspire and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.


About You

You're a strategic thinker and experienced leader with a passion for creating impactful professional learning experiences. You thrive in fast-paced, global environments and bring a strong blend of commercial acumen, instructional design expertise, and project management skills. You're confident working across cultures and formats, and you know how to turn insights into innovative, high-quality learning products.




You will have:




- A proven track record of leading cross-functional product development teams and delivering high-performing learning solutions.


- Strong project management experience, ideally within a commercial training or professional services setting.


- Deep knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and learning technologies, including Moodle-based LMS platforms.


- A commercial mindset with the ability to design client-focused training solutions, manage budgets, and analyse performance data.


- Cultural awareness and experience developing multi-language, globally relevant learning products across digital, blended, and in-person formats.
