Here at Advinia Healthcare we are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to manage 3 L&D Managers across 36 homes within the group.
The core responsibilities of a head of learning and development can include:
Increasing individual and general productivity
Designing new training strategies
Calculating the current productive value of individuals or departments
Helping individuals to draft personal development plans
Using learning theories to inform the direction of training schemes
Negotiating project budgets and allocating resources to different tasks
Designing workshops, e-courses or seminars to train individuals to perform new or existing tasks in an efficient manner
Managing the succession when long-standing or senior individuals depart
Creating measures to evaluate the financial success of a new training scheme
