The Role:
Job Title: Head of Litigation
Specialism: Must have significant and proven expertise in Credit Hire litigation (defendant-side).
Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester (Excellent hybrid/remote/flexible working options)
Responsibilities: Leading a team, managing a complex caseload, driving business strategy, overseeing key client relationships (e.g., with insurers), and ensuring operational excellence.
Who are you?
A proven litigator with a strong background in defendant Credit Hire and related motor claims.
An experienced manager or a senior lawyer ready to step up into a leadership role.
