We are a complete non fault accident management company who specialises in clients who have been involved in a non-fault accident. We provide post-accident services that may assist the client recover damages and compensation to recover losses caused in a motor accident.

We specialise in the personal injury field and provide accident replacement cars, specifically focusing on assisting claimants involved in road traffic accidents. We offer comprehensive services to other businesses operating in the accident management sector, including claims management companies, body shops, motor fleet operators, and claims managers. Our expertise lies in providing end-to-end solutions with a smooth process to insure customer satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced

Senior Credit Hire Litigation Solicitor

to join our growing litigation department. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual with strong knowledge and experience in handling complex credit hire claims to take the lead on high-value litigation cases and help shape the future of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of litigated credit hire files from instruction to conclusion. Provide strategic litigation advice on both pre-action and post-issue matters. Draft pleadings, witness statements, applications, and other legal documents. Conduct negotiations and advocate in court when necessary. Support junior solicitors and paralegals through mentoring and technical guidance. Work closely with clients, experts, and counsel to achieve optimal outcomes. Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with strong litigation background. Proven track record in credit hire litigation, including multi-track and fast-track cases. Excellent knowledge of relevant case law, CPR, and procedural requirements. Strong advocacy, negotiation, and drafting skills. Ability to manage complex and high-volume caseloads efficiently. A proactive and commercial approach to litigation and client care.

Pay: 37,000.00-43,000.00 per year
