Clarke Legal Specialists are working with a highly respected law firm seeking an experienced Head of Litigation to lead their established Housing Disrepair department. This is a key senior hire offering the chance to shape strategy, develop teams, and drive performance across a thriving litigation function.

The Role



As Head of Litigation, you will: Lead and manage the Housing Disrepair litigation team Oversee case progression, compliance, and service delivery Implement best practice, training, and development frameworks Work closely with senior leadership to support the firm's growth Identify improvements in processes, risk management, and workflow

About You



We are looking for a senior legal professional who has: Strong litigation experience (Housing Disrepair experience ideal but not essential) Proven leadership or supervisory background Excellent technical knowledge and confident decision-making skills A proactive, structured, and solutions-focused approach 5 Year PQE The ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
