Head of Marketing
Location: Central London offices
Salary: Up to 90,000 + bonus & travel allowance
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent progression

About the opportunity
An established property development group requires a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function during a period of significant expansion. This senior leadership role encompasses strategic oversight, creative direction, and team development across their growing portfolio of developments.
The position offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy from the ground up, working directly with senior stakeholders including the CCO whilst building and mentoring a team of marketing professionals across various specialisms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing direction across all development projects from acquisition to completion
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team across digital, creative and traditional channels
• Drive creative direction and campaign development for multiple concurrent developments
• Support senior leadership in early viability assessments for potential acquisitions
• Establish and manage relationships with external creative agencies and strategic partners
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation across portfolio
• Collaborate directly with CCO and senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives
• Shape marketing processes and systems to support rapid business growth

Requirements

• Proven Head of Marketing or senior marketing leadership experience within real estate/property development
• Demonstrable experience building and managing large, multi-disciplinary marketing teams
• Deep understanding of property development marketing pace and industry dynamics
• Strategic leadership capability with track record of driving creative direction
• Experience working at pace within high-growth development environments
• Strong background in acquisition marketing and launch campaigns
• Excellent stakeholder management skills at board level
• Proven ability to mentor and develop marketing talent across various disciplines
