The Role
We are seeking a commercially minded and driven Head of Marketing to lead and evolve our marketing function, with a strong focus on ecommerce, online sales performance and the intelligent use of AI to drive efficiency and cost savings.
This role requires someone who can operate strategically while remaining hands on, owning digital performance, advising on leaner ways of working and helping the business modernise how marketing is delivered.
This role involves:
Owning and delivering the overall marketing strategy with a clear focus on online revenue growth
Leading ecommerce, digital acquisition and performance marketing activity
Advising the business on AI driven cost savings and efficiency improvements
Driving a culture of data led decision making and continuous optimisation
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives
Lead and optimise paid media across platforms including Facebook/Meta, Instagram, Google and other digital channels
Identify, implement and manage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve campaign performance and reduce costs
Provide consultative guidance to senior stakeholders on lean marketing and automation opportunities
Analyse performance data across all channels to improve ROI and customer acquisition
Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all online and digital touchpoints
Lead, manage and develop the marketing team
Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing activity with commercial priorities
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in a senior marketing role with strong ecommerce and online sales responsibility
Hands on experience managing paid social and digital performance campaigns
Demonstrable experience using AI tools within a marketing environment
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
Confident communicator able to influence and advise at senior level
Analytical, organised and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
Someone who naturally aligns with Everyman's values and takes ownership of outcomes
