We're looking for a creative and detail-driven E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive to join our in-house team full-time. You'll play an active role in improving our website, driving engagement through email marketing, and supporting digital campaigns across multiple channels.

The Role



As our E-commerce & Email Marketing Executive, you'll be working closely with the team to ensure our website, email campaigns, and digital marketing are performing at their best.

You'll help design and build email campaigns, support with website updates, track promotional performance, and contribute ideas to improve conversion and customer experience.

This is a hands-on, full-time, in-office role (Monday to Friday) where you'll collaborate across ecommerce and marketing to deliver continual improvement.

Key Responsibilities



Shopify Website Support



Assist in maintaining and optimising the Shopify website. Carry out daily site walkthroughs to identify and flag any errors or areas needing improvement. Help implement updates and fixes, ensuring the site remains optimised and user-friendly. Support with price changes and promotional updates as directed by the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing. Contribute ideas for new promotions and help with their setup, tracking, and optimisation in Google Merchant Centre.

Email Marketing (Klaviyo or Similar ESP)



Design, build, and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo or another ESP system. Develop creative campaign ideas to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the team to refine email content and layouts for the best results.

Design & Creative



Create visually engaging content using Canva, with additional experience in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop considered a strong advantage. Design graphics for emails, web banners, and marketing materials that reflect the Jaques brand identity. Work collaboratively to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.

Marketing Support



Assist with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads including ad creation, performance tracking, and pulling campaign data. Support the team with Google Ads insights and general performance tracking.

Skills & Attributes



Minimum 2 years' experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role. Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential). Experience using an ESP system such as Klaviyo (essential). Strong design skills, with proficiency in Canva (essential). Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (desirable). Confident using Microsoft Excel for tracking and analysis. Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills and an eye for quality and accuracy. Creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and suggesting improvements. Collaborative team player who takes initiative and ownership of their work.

Desirable Skills



Previous experience working with

Meta Ads

(Facebook/Instagram). Familiarity with

Google Ads

and

Google Merchant Centre

. Understanding of

AI tools

, e-commerce analytics, or conversion optimisation.
